WID EXTRA free of 1GB data to my mob:9701756904....! but i didnt got it ! wen i call to CCT. three times they cut the call with the name sreenivas rao, akhil, shekar..! even they sed the wrong date of recharge of int bal ! its just making fool to all users ! now i'm trying to switch UNINOR for better experience ! lets see wat will happen !

  3. last week i purchased new airtel connection thru customer care agent, they said they will issue new sim card/connection on the same day and activate it immediately, still they have not issued sim card nor new connection. Ms. Shikha - 9867530348 and Mr. Singh - 9004029969 is involved in this game.

  9. Without my request Rs 10 is deducted from my account as devotional pack. I never heard and know what is devotional pack. Like this lot of amount is cutting through our account unknowingly is it fair? what to do Indians are fighting agains curruption but currupters are strong.

    This is in regard to my balance deduction on dtd.16/01/2013 of Rs.287/-. My mobile no is 99******59. My balance on 15th Jan 2013 was 415/- and recharge for Rs.98/-(Internet Pack-1 mth) was due on that date. However when i checked my balance later that date only Rs.30/- appears in my account (415-98-30=Rs.287) . Also your customer care executive wasn't correctly replying to any of the questions asked by me. Now they seem to have blocked my number as i have not been able to connect to a Airtel CC executive via toll free no 198. This is serious matter and I hope i do get my balance reversed.
    I would like to bring to your notice that this is not the first time that Airtel has unlawfully deducted my account balance. The earlier two times Rs.99/- was unlawfully deducted from my account though i got them reversed later after speaking to the Senior Custome care executive.

    I sincerely hope that after going through my email you certainly will get back to me on my number aforementioned within the next 24 hours. I certainly hope i do get a reply from your side else i would have no option but to switchover to better networks like Vodafone or DoCoMo and also register a complaint with Airtel Nodal Officer.

  11. I have recently bought an airtel 3G dongle and I have been harrased to the extreme point with pathetic speeds. At times it stops downloading and automatically disconnets thereafter refusing to connects for hours and sometimes even for a while day !!
    Customer Care number: 1800 103 0405 is a bogus number. It doesn't work and after select options 1 (for airtel 3 dongle support), 2 (for english), 1 (for postpaid) it just disconnects.
    I am fed up and with the services and will be taking appropriate action in a few days. Also it has billed me for 5000 + INR when my credit limit itself is lower than 2500 INR. and i find no justification to the billed amount!
    Please, i urge all consumers not to subscribe to airtel 3G services!
    I have even filed a complaint against them on their site as well as at Consumer Court site but so far no action has been taken on this case.

  12. Ridiculous AIRTEL... CHARGING FOR FREE WIFI NETWORK. PER DAY Rs.100 getting added to POSTPAID Account. THEY are RECORDING all our MESSAGES, Tracking Numbers. THERE IS NO PROVACY... BREAKING CUSTOMER TRUST.... SHAME ON U AIRTEL....

    TRUTH-

    i think that company having loans so they deduct balance of customers and even worst their customer care centre dont attent calls from the inffected numbers because airtel knows what it does
    just now and many times after using internet plan at the moment when plan have just 5 mb or more
    if we use it they deduct balance and they have trick that "we dont do anything u r lier and u r responsible 4 the matter"
    and even first time i thought that this is my fault but not AIRTEL SUCKS and many peoples captured as same as i m

  17. airtel service is the worst service ever... i charged for 100 rupees two days ago, i had 89 RS as balance and i made only 1 local call for 1 minute,now that i checked my balance its only 11 rupess .. this is nt the first time its happening..!! i copmplained before ...these people said it wont happen again and look what happened.. now that i called the customer care, the call is not going !!! what is wrong with these service .. if you cant keep your promises ..just stop this stupid service !!!
