    your net service in gujarat is too bad i m suffering from last 2 days of not getting an appropriate speed if this will happen again then see what i will gonna do i m staying in gandhidham and i m not getting the speed according to the idea 3g. please do the needfull, its a request otherwise i will disconnect my company relation from ur service and connect to vodafone as i m getting a good response from the vodafone in relation against the net, its warning. please its not a ultimatum.......

    Every time i am making recharge of prepaid connection and on next day more than 60% balance is deducted from my balance without activation of any extra services.as we try to contact for customer care we are getting message of all service providers are busy. if you try for one hour you will get similar message and no body is available to answer you. this is idea how to cheat the customers and customers has no idea.
    Mr. abhshek Bachhanji, give us the idea to get rid of such situations else we have no idea.

    Same happened to me....i recharged with 120 Rs on 30 Nov 2012 and next day my account balance shows only 10 Rs. I have not taken any VAS value added services nor i am using any internet...How can this happen...This is simply cheating the costumers and without addding any VAS & without constumer consent....Deactivate all your VAS before and complaint with customer care....
