    calling airtel customer care numbers is useless..
    anyways they don't resolve our problem.. they know how to give another help line number and charge our pockets

    I think Airtel customer care executives has to be more attentive for their customers and do their job sincerely as DTH and airtel data card market is very competitive and their common mistake can make their customers to change their mind.

    Airtel data card is horrible, dont buy it go for tata photon instead. I have been using a data card for the last couple of months and it gets disconnected every two mins gets very irritating. Now its become so v slow that its impossible to open a simple web page. I called the toll free no given ending with 405 no respnse the call gets disconnected immediately after I dial stating that i have dialled an international no. There is no other no to reach out apart from this, I finally used another connection to browse and get the no online from their own datacard website which clearly stated the no. i called up the cc a lady priyanka picks up and asks me for the ph no when i said there is no ph no and it is a corporate connection she says this is the black berry services pls call the toll free no. When I told her that the no doesnt work she says this is the no that we have, I tried explaining but in vain and she kept repeating the same like a parrot, talk about cs finally she gave me another toll free no which again is not valid. Dont know whom to call and where to go my internet isnt working and this is the service that we get. This is precisely why I moved from their phone connection as well, airtel brand sucks. Pls dont buy anything related to airtel their customer service is horrible and they dont value their customer. Pls Dont buy airtel products.
