I am the first owner of Pure it calssic old model. Recently I have changed the battery. As i have a short trip to Singapore I kept it in a safe place. Having come back I started using the purifier. But the lower compartment is leaky.
ReplyDeleteCustomer ID is 193131622 and my complaint no is C124286144 on 28/06/2012. I was told that it is only an assembly problem and it will cost me Rs 50 only. Till now nobody came to set it right.
Am I a proud owner?
I had bought pureit last year in August, the dealer promised for a 6 month battery life, but just after 3 months, i found red signal on it, I called customer care of pureit, they told that battery is dead and suggested immediate battery replacement. I went to dealer back as he had promised for 6 months battery life, He denied to provide a new one. So far i did not replaced battery as i think that it should also get dead just in three months, I appeal everybody to get a warranty card signed by dealer at the time of purchase.
