    सही है बॉस आज सुबह मैंने 15 मिनिट मेरा g s m सिम डोंगल मैं लगाकर नेट चलाया हरामजादों ने 2000 का बैलेंस खा लिया कस्टमर केयर पर कोई फ़ोन नहीं लग रहा है चोर हैं साले मैंने तो MNP का massage कर दिया है अब इन चोरों का सर्विस नहीं चहिये

    Hi,

    Its only 3 days and again.. disappointment's start again. really i dont know why reliance doing lke this. reliance started deducting money for unwanted packs..

    My money deducted again for startalktrail packs, vas one97stalkdp packs ETc. i want my money back for these unwanted packs.

    Yesterday when i received call from Customer care they promised me..there will be no packs will be activated on your numbers in future , then why been it activated without my confirmation or knowledge.

    I guess now time has came for me to change the operator(other network).

    Please let me know the higher authorities numbers or contact details.So that i can finalize the things and get the better answer.

    Thank you for the info. The 9864098640 no is only to activate "Do not disturb".
    To day I Recharged with Rs 125 and Rs 30 got deducted for some SMS pack.
    I got the no from this site and Called CC.
    However, They listened to my complaint and refunded the money back into my rel account

    seriously i want to kill this bloody reliance.... evrytime its deducting my balance yesterday evning only i recharged 50rs n today moring only main balance 2rs...some 37rs they cut...for no reason...they themselves activate some services and cut money... and whn cald CC they say u hav tried many tyms..n no option for tlking directly to anyone...

    i don't have service from today morning, every time when i go to roaming, it creates problem after returning back, it shows 'not registered on network' no calls can be made , no way to complain
